Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement welding processes for heavy fabrications using various techniques such as GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards (PQR) and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to welding defects or performance problems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of welding procedures, work instructions, and certifications.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in welding engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of welding metallurgy, physics, and chemistry principles.
- Proficiency in multiple welding processes including GTAW, SMAW (arc), MIG/TIG/ARGONAUTIC WELDING.
