We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Head to develop and manage our business in the Pune market for engineering plastics and polymer products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new B2B customers across Pune and PCMC.
- Identify and approach plastic moulders, OEMs, component manufacturers and industrial customers.
- Generate new enquiries and convert them into regular business.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable polymer/material grades.
- Handle existing customers and increase sales volumes.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain solid relationships.
- Follow up on quotations, material trials, approvals and orders.
- Track market prices, competitors and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, orders and deliveries.
- Independently manage the Pune territory and provide regular market updates.

Requirement:

- Must have 2W/4W to visit customers.
