ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Fashion Analyst and Merchandiser to support ForesightFlow's client engagements. You will read what our dashboards surface across sales, inventory, and product performance, and turn that into merchandising strategy our fashion retail clients can put into practice: what to stock, how to price it, how to display it, and when to move it. This role sits between the data and the shop floor, and needs someone who is as comfortable in a spread sheets they are walking a store aisle.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assess consumer demand and market trends using ForesightFlow's Market and Product modules to recommend what clients should stock and display.
- Collaborate with our internal analyst team to translate ForesightFlow dashboard output into assortment and buying recommendations for client brands.
- Develop visually appealing, effective in store display and product presentation strategies grounded in what the data shows about sell through and margin.
- Monitor client sales performance and recommend adjustments to product placement, pricing, and display as trends shift.
- Communicate with client store managers and category teams to make sure merchandise recommendations are practical and well understood.
- Stay current on fashion retail trends and merchandising innovation, and suggest new ideas back into ForesightFlow's advisory playbooks.
- Build inventory management strategies for clients, including stock replenishment, deadstock clearance,



and markdown timing based on ForesightFlow's Inventory module.
- Develop festive and seasonal based sales strategies, aligning assortment, pricing, and display to key retail calendar moments.
- Prepare client facing strategy notes and presentations as part of ForesightFlow's Human in the Loop consulting sessions.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 1 to 2 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or retail; strong freshers with the right academic background will also be considered.
- 30000 to 35000 per month, based on experience.
- Education background in Fashion Management, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or Fashion Business Management.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with comfort reading dashboards and translating numbers into a plain spoken recommendation.
- A trained eye for visual merchandising and design.
- Clear written and verbal communication, since this role is client facing.
- Good with numbers and comfortable spotting patterns in sales and inventory data to build strategy from; no specific data tool proficiency required.
