- Perform fitting, assembly, alignment, and maintenance work.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and fitting machines.
- Cutting, drilling, grinding, filing, tapping, and assembling components.
- Inspect components for dimensions and quality.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of basic fitting operations.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
- Basic understanding of machines and mechanical components.
- Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
