Senior AI Engineer - Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems

We're building a multi-agent AI system and need a Senior AI Engineer who's actually shipped agentic AI in production - not just prompted a chatbot.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and build a multi-agent system (planner/executor, supervisor/worker, etc.).
- Implement using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
- Integrate agents with tools, APIs, and our existing .NET/React stack.
- Implement guardrails: task validation, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, error recovery, and fallback logic.
- Build evaluation and observability tooling to track agent performance, cost, and failure modes.
- Collaborate with backend (.NET 8 Minimal API) and frontend (React) teams to expose agent capabilities through the product.
- Optimize for latency, token cost, and reliability at production scale.




- Document architecture decisions and mentor other engineers on agentic design patterns.

What we need:

- 7+ years in software engineering, 2+ years building LLM/agentic applications.
- Hands-on experience with a multi-agent framework (LangGraph/AutoGen/CrewAI/Semantic Kernel or similar).
- Strong grasp of function calling, RAG, and vector databases.
- Python proficiency, comfortable integrating with a .NET backend.
- Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry experience a plus.

Stack: SQL Server, .NET 8, React/Vite, Azure, Azure OpenAI/Azure AI Foundry, LangGraph/AutoGen/CrewAI/Semantic Kernel, Python, Vector DBs (Azure AI Search/Pinecone/pgvector)
