Key Responsibilities

1. Website Product Management

- Add new products to the HydroNest website.
- Create and update product pages, specifications, descriptions and features.
- Maintain product categories, collections and product attributes.
- Upload and organise product images, brochures, manuals and other documents.
- Ensure product information, pricing and specifications remain accurate.
- Improve existing product pages for better presentation and conversions.
- Maintain proper product naming, models, sizes and variants.
- Identify missing or outdated product information and coordinate internally to obtain the correct details.

2. IndiaMART Management

- Create and manage product listings on IndiaMART.
- Add product titles, descriptions, specifications, images and pricing.
- Keep IndiaMART catalogue information updated.
- Improve product listings to increase visibility and enquiries.
- Monitor product enquiries and ensure they are properly categorised and forwarded to the appropriate sales person/team.
- Maintain consistency between IndiaMART and the HydroNest website.

3. Product Catalogue & Data Management

- Maintain the master product catalogue.
- Organise products according to categories, models, sizes and applications.
- Maintain product specifications and technical data in Excel/Google Sheets or the company's ERP/system.
- Ensure the same product information is consistent across different platforms.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales and technical teams whenever product information needs clarification.
- Maintain proper records of discontinued, new and modified products.

4. Product Content & Presentation

- Write clear and customer-friendly product descriptions.
- Convert technical information into easy-to-understand product content.
- Prepare product highlights, features, specifications and applications.




- Coordinate product photography, image editing and catalogue requirements.
- Assist in creating product brochures, catalogues and other sales material.
- Maintain a professional and consistent presentation across all digital channels.

5. Website & Digital Store Operations

- Regularly check the website for incorrect information, broken links, missing images or incomplete products.
- Create current categories and collections when required.
- Update banners, product sections and promotional content when required.
- Coordinate with developers/designers for website improvements.
- Track basic website product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

6. Online Lead & Enquiry Coordination

- Monitor enquiries received through IndiaMART and the website.
- Ensure enquiries are promptly assigned to the relevant sales team.
- Maintain proper enquiry/product records where required.
- Identify frequently requested products and information.
- Coordinate with sales to understand which products are generating enquiries and which listings need improvement.

7. Competitor & Market Research

- Research competitor products, pricing, specifications and online presentation.
- Identify new products and categories that HydroNest could potentially offer.
- Monitor trends in water-treatment products and online marketplaces.
- Suggest improvements to product listings based on market observations.

Preferred:

- Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
- Experience managing IndiaMART.
- Experience with product catalogue management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Basic Canva or image-editing skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience in B2B e-commerce, industrial products, engineering products or water-treatment products.
