Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Planning Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and coordination of structural steel fabrication and infrastructure projects.

The candidate should possess strong planning skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience in EPC, structural steel, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project and Zoho project.
- Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), baseline schedules, and project milestones.
- Monitor project progress across fabrication, dispatch, erection, and site execution activities.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Fabrication, QA/QC, Logistics, and Site Execution teams.
- Track project performance against planned schedules including billing.




- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).
- Generate MIS reports for management review.
- Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, and material availability.
- Assist Project Managers in resource planning and forecasting.
- Support project cost monitoring and productivity tracking.
- Attend internal and client review meetings.
- Maintain project documentation and planning records.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Project Planning.
- Experience in Structural Steel, Infrastructure, EPC, Industrial, Bridge, Metro, Railway, Heavy Construction projects or Airport project will be preferred.
