Position: Personal Banker
Locations: Gurgaon & Pune
Salary: Up to 8 LPA
Experience: Relevant Customer Support / BPO experience preferred
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Personal Bankers with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of banking products and customer relationship management.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and recent customers
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality
- Generate leads through customer interactions and referrals
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow banking compliance guidelines
