Job Description
- Handle and manage the Direct Channel business for the branch.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Drive customer acquisition, sales and revenue through the direct channel.
- Develop the local market and ensure solid customer relationships.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and conversion.
- Preferred candidates from Direct Sales / Banca Channel.
- Candidates from Agency, Broking and Partnership channels are not preferred.
