Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate MEP activities between Head Office, project sites, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs and scope of work.
- Coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP services.
- Review MEP estimates, rate analysis, vendor quotations and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare and monitor MEP budgets and package-wise cost forecasts.
- Coordinate procurement of major MEP materials and equipment.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals and technical submissions.
- Identify design gaps, clashes and constructability issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Monitor site execution, quality, progress and adherence to drawings/specifications.
- Review measurements, subcontractor bills, variations and additional works.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover.




- Provide management with regular updates on MEP cost, progress, risks and commercial exposure.

Preferred candidate profile

- 812 years of experience in MEP execution in building/industrial/infrastructure construction.
- Strong practical site execution experience.
- Good understanding of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to understand MEP BOQs and carry out/review rate analysis.
- Experience dealing with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
- Positive understanding of MEP procurement and construction costs.
- Should be comfortable travelling to project sites when required.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
