Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management: Supervise and manage all activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Construction Supervision: Monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design specifications. Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on schedule.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction materials and workmanship meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or violations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports. material quantities, and site photographs.



Prepare and submit reports to project managers and clients as required.
- Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design issues, conflicts, and changes during construction.
- Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Review contractor invoices and verify quantities and prices against project contracts.
- Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 8-10 years of extensive experience in Residential & Commercial Construction.
- Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of Post-Tensioned (PT) Slab construction for commercial buildings, including execution, stressing, anchorage, grouting, and quality control.
- Proven track record of handling projects from foundation to completion and handover, with solid hands-on experience in managing and coordinating all stages of construction, including structural works, masonry, MEP coordination, finishing, quality control, and rectification works.
- Profound knowledge of site management, construction processes, materials, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and superior analytical skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD. Microsoft Office Suite & familiarity with Project Management Software.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment & manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
