- Generate new Home Loan leads through field visits, references, open-market activities, DSAs and builder tie-ups.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements.
- Explain Home Loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer KYC and loan-related documents.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers from application to sanction and final disbursement.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, builders, brokers and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up and update sales/lead reports.
- Ensure proper customer service and compliance with company policies.Role & responsibilities
