7. Design development plan,

Separation:

1. Conduct Exit interview
2. Record feedback
3. Analysis feedback & suggest measures for implementation
4. Implement suggested measures & monitor
5. Establish Feedback mechanism after separation

Employee Engagement:

1. Support in conducting survey
2. Analysis survey report & decide actions &implement;
3. Monitoring of implemented action
4. Preparation of event calendar & execution of event
