We are hiring for the Manager Control Engineering role, requiring 1012 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/Chiller Automation, Building Management Systems (BMS), and PLC/DDC Control Engineering.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 10 to 12 years of experience in Control Engineering, HVAC Automation, or Building Automation.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- Strong expertise in HVAC/Chiller Automation, BMS, PLC/DDC Programming, and Control Logic Development.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens, Carel, Climatix, or similar PLC/DDC platforms.
- Proficiency in Ladder Logic (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Text (ST).
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development, BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and LonWorks protocols.
- Knowledge of AHU, FCU, Screw, Centrifugal & Scroll Chillers, VFD integration, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, and Chiller Plant Management (CPM).
- Robust troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and customer interaction skills.
