Job Title: PCPNDT Executive (Female) - PCPNDT & Scan Room Support

Location: MatCare Wellness Centre, Viman Nagar, Pune

About the Role

MatCare Wellness Centre, Viman Nagar, Pune, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female PCPNDT Executive to manage PCPNDT documentation, compliance activities, and provide administrative support for scan room operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent documentation skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

PCPNDT Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of PCPNDT records, including Form F and related statutory documents.
- Verify patient documents and ensure compliance with PCPNDT Act guidelines.
- Maintain registers, reports, and records required for inspections and audits.
- Coordinate with consultants, sonologists, and administrative teams for documentation compliance.
- Ensure timely filing, storage, and retrieval of PCPNDT-related records.
- Assist during PCPNDT inspections and compliance reviews.

Scan Room Support

- Coordinate patient appointments and scan schedules.
- Verify patient documentation before scan procedures.
- Manage consent forms and scan-related records.
- Support sonologists and scan room staff with administrative activities.
- Maintain scan room registers and operational documentation.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination within the scan department.




- Update and maintain records in hospital management systems.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in PCPNDT documentation, radiology/ultrasound centre operations, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, record management).
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements.

Compensation

- Salary: Based on current salary and experience.
- Maximum salary offered: Up to 25,000 in hand per month.
