Skills:

Must have:

1. Architecture and system design - Must have hands on with Low Level designs for complex and performant systems
2. Solid understanding of Performance Engineering
3. Solid understanding of microservices design patterns, principles, and best practices.
4. Expert in relational databases, caching mechanisms, and distributed systems (Oracle/RDBMS)
5. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, etc.)
6. Experience with event-driven architectures.
7. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
8. Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD) principles and practices.
9. Familiarity with microservices monitoring, logging, and tracing tools.
10. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and drive technical initiatives to completion.

Positive to have:

1. Worked with Dynatrace, Splunk, PCF
2. Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD) principles and practices.
3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Platform.
4. Hands on with Kubernetes
