Role & responsibilities Job description:
- Site Execution: Supervise daily in office work, including carpentry, modular furniture installation, electrical, plumbing, false ceilings, and painting.
- Drawing Compliance: Read and interpret 2D/3D architectural and AutoCAD drawings to ensure workers follow approved specifications.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with interior designers, vendors, contractors, and labor teams to keep the project moving smoothly.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor timelines, manage material deliveries, and report daily progress to the project manager or management.
- Quality & Safety: Conduct regular inspections, fix on-site technical issues, manage snag lists before handover, and enforce safety rules.
