Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in line with company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Drive operational discipline across processes such as opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and service quality.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
- Maintain store readiness and ensure consistent compliance with brand and audit standard

2. People Leadership

- Recruit, train, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members to build a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
- Create an engaging and inclusive work environment that motivates employees and reduces attrition.
- Plan and optimize manpower deployment to balance productivity and service quality.

3. Sales & Profitability

- Own the restaurant P&L; and deliver on sales, profitability, and cost efficiency targets.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, local marketing, and cutting-edge store-level promotions.
- Monitor controllable expenses such as food cost, labor cost, and wastage to improve profitability.




- Leverage insights from sales and guest data to identify and implement business opportunities.

4. Guest Experience

- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service fast, accurate, and friendly.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, ensuring resolution and root cause prevention.
- Track and improve guest satisfaction metrics (VOC).
- Promote Taco Bell’s hospitality culture and ensure a fun, welcoming environment.

5. Compliance & Brand Standards

- Ensure adherence to all statutory and brand requirements including FSSAI, labor laws, and internal audits.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, staff grooming, and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
- Make sure there is no failure in the audits to evaluate the SOP adherence – _SCORE & FER)
