Role & responsibilities

- Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform customization.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits.
- Experience in solution design, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

- Lead Salesforce development activities and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC and Apex.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Support integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in estimation, design discussions, and release planning.
- Mentor junior developers and support team skill development.
