Title- Lead - Engineer

Location- Noida, Gurgaon, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join an offshore technology pod. The role will be responsible for providing technical leadership across a contemporary application landscape involving .NET/C#, Kafka, Angular/React and Salesforce.

The Tech Lead will work closely with onsite/client stakeholders to understand project demand, provide technical direction, drive delivery, and help build a adaptable offshore team capable of supporting multiple technologies. The role will also play an important part in cross-skilling team members across .NET, Angular/React, Kafka and Salesforce as the offshore pod expands.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership for application development and delivery across the technology stack.
- Lead design, development, code reviews and technical implementation of complex solutions.
- Work closely with client/onsite teams to understand requirements, priorities and upcoming project demand.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to .NET/C# developers and other team members.
- Drive integration solutions involving Kafka/event-driven architecture.




- Provide technical oversight for Angular/React application development.
- Collaborate with Salesforce teams and support cross-technology integration where required.
- Establish and enforce coding, design, testing and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production and application issues and provide technical resolution.
- Support estimation, planning, technical risk identification and delivery tracking.
- Conduct code/design reviews and ensure quality and performance standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation, modernization and process improvement.
- Build technical capability within the offshore team through mentoring and cross-training.
- Help create a flexible delivery model where resources can be aligned to changing project demand.

Must-Have Skills

- 8-9 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C#.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices and application integration.
- Experience with Kafka/event-driven architecture.
- Good experience with Angular and/or React.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Strong experience with Agile development and software engineering practices.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce integrations.
- Experience working across multiple technology stacks.
- Cloud experience with AWS/Azure.
- CI/CD, DevOps and containerization experience.
- Experience in the insurance/banking/financial services domain.
- Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
