Title- Sr. Software Engineer

Location- Noida, Gurgaon, Pune

Notice: 15 Days OR Immediate joiners only

Mode- Hybrid

Shift: 1:00 PM- 10:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a strong Senior Software Developer with hands-on experience in .NET/C# to join an offshore technology pod supporting RBC Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using .NET/C#.
- Develop scalable and reusable application components and REST APIs.
- Participate in technical design and contribute to solution development.
- Work with microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Develop and integrate solutions using Kafka where applicable.
- Collaborate with Angular/React developers on end-to-end application development.
- Work with Salesforce teams/integrations where required.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
- Perform unit testing, debugging and code reviews.




- Troubleshoot application and production issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with onsite/client teams and other offshore team members.
- Contribute to automation, performance improvements and technical debt reduction.
- Actively participate in cross-training and knowledge-sharing across technologies.

Must-Have Skills

- 7-8 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C#.
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with unit testing and software development best practices.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Positive to Have

- Hands-on experience with Kafka.
- Experience with Angular and/or React.
- Exposure to Salesforce or Salesforce integrations.
- Cloud experience AWS/Azure.
- CI/CD and DevOps experience.
- Insurance/banking/financial services domain experience.
- Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
