We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Mid to Leadership hiring of R&D; who can help build and scale an innovation-led formulation ecosystem from the ground up. The Company has patented technology and working on new age technology like Biotechnology, Bio chemistry for Delivery of Chemistry. State of Art FDA GMP manufacturing facility in Pune.

The Role

This is not a traditional corporate R&D; role.

We need a builder someone who loves creating products, solving formulation challenges, experimenting with new technologies, and moving fast. As a leadership mindset role in R&D;,



you will lead everything from concept creation and formulation development to pilot production and commercialization.

Youll work directly with founders, clients, manufacturing teams, and ingredient partners to create products that stand out in a crowded beauty market. Youll play a key role in shaping the companys innovation culture and technical reputation.

What Youll Do Build Breakthrough Products Develop cutting-edge formulations across:

- Skincare • Body care • Hair care • Hybrid beauty • Active-led products • Derma/cosmeceuticals • Emerging beauty categories

Create products that are: • Effective • Stable • Scalable • Trend-forward • Fast to commercialize

Lead the Innovation Engine

- Build and scale the companys R&D; and innovation capabilities. • Set up formulation systems, SOPs, testing protocols, and documentation. • Create rapid prototyping and agile development workflows. • Build formulation libraries and ingredient intelligence databases.

Work Closely With Brands & Founders

- Translate client ideas into commercially viable products. • Participate in innovation discussions and product ideation. • Help brands create differentiated hero products. • Support business teams with technical storytelling and innovation pitches.
