Role & Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day plant operations to ensure safe, effective and uninterrupted functioning.

Monitor operational activities, equipment performance and process parameters to achieve production and quality targets.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.

Lead and manage shift personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring workforce productivity.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and statutory regulations.

Prepare and maintain operational reports, shift logs and performance records.

Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, procurement and administration.

Support implementation of operational best practices, process improvements and cost-optimization initiatives.





Assist in inventory monitoring and resource utilization planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Operations or a related field.

3 - 5 years of experience in plant operations, process industries, utilities, waste management or related sectors.

Experience in Bio-CNG and/or Solid Waste Management (SWM) plants is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong understanding of operational processes, safety practices and team supervision.

Good problem-solving, communication and leadership skills

Proficient in Marathi language.

Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
