Role Summary

We are looking for a agile Contracts & Procurement Manager with hands-on expertise in High-Rise Residential Projects using Mivan / Aluminium Formwork (Aluform) systems. You will lead end-to-end procurement, tendering, contract administration, and cost control for large-scale residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Procurement: Plan and execute procurement strategies for RCC, Mivan/Aluform, Finishing, and MEP packages.
- Tendering & Negotiation: Float tenders, prepare BOQs, build comparative statements, negotiate terms, and award contracts.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize LOIs, Work Orders, POs, and subcontracts with strong risk mitigation.
- Cost Control & Billing: Monitor budgets, validate contractor bills, manage variations/claims, and drive value engineering.
- Vendor & Material Management:



Build a robust vendor base, track material supply chains, and monitor site inventory.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Site Execution, Design, Planning, and Finance teams for seamless project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Post Graduation in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
- Experience: 7 to 12 years in real estate contracts & procurement.
- Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience in High-Rise Residential Buildings built with Mivan / Aluform systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, rate analysis, estimation, and vendor negotiation.
- Proficiency in ERP / SAP systems is highly desirable.
