We have an 2 opening for Deputy Manager Industrial relations 1.Ranjangaon
2.Ahilya Nagar(Ahmadnagar)
Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and Industrial Relations (IR)
- Union engagement and handling union agreements
- Statutory compliance and wage negotiations
- Stakeholder management and coordination with local government bodies and labor departments
- Strong execution of IR strategy
- Experience handling Industrial Disputes Act
- Ability to manage multiple union agreements
Positive-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to industries such as automotive, manufacturing, pharma, food, and product-based companies
- Experience with organizations like Schneider, Cummins, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience Required: 8-15 Years
Qualifications: MBA in HR, Experience Labour Laws, Industrial Relations.
