Role Overview: We are looking for a highly hands-on Backend Developer with 58 years of experience in Golang and Python to design and build scalable backend systems. This role requires strong coding expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on production-grade systems. You will be actively involved in writing clean, efficient code, designing APIs, and contributing to system architecture for high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs
- Write high-quality, production-ready code in Golang and Python
- Build scalable and reliable systems with a focus on performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability

Core Technical Requirements - Golang (Primary Focus):

- Strong hands-on experience in Go programming
- Deep understanding of: Goroutines and concurrency patterns Channels and synchronization (mutexes, wait groups, etc.)
- Proven experience in building backend services or microservices using Go




- Strong coding skills with emphasis on: Performance optimization
- Error handling Writing clean, maintainable code
- Good understanding of REST API design
- Familiarity with gRPC and Prometheus (good to have, not mandatory)
- Python Strong experience in backend development using Python
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as: Django / Django REST Framework Flask FastAPI
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of: Database design (SQL/NoSQL) API security, authentication, and authorization
- Ability to write efficient, scalable backend logic

Additional Skills (Preferred):

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with distributed systems and messaging queues
- Familiarity with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
