What You Will Do:

- Research relevant topics and decide what content we should create
- Write clear, engaging scripts in English and Hinglish
- Edit short / reel videos.
- Optimize & Publish content across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Track performance data and use it to plan the next set of videos
- Use AI tools at every step, from research and scripting to editing and design

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media content for a business or brand
- Proven results you can show us. Be ready to share numbers such as growth in views, followers or engagement.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics.
- Hands-on video editing skills on CapCut, Premiere Pro or a similar tool
- Strong command of AI tools.



You should use them daily and apply them to every part of your work.
- Fluent spoken and written English. This role involves regular communication, so this is essential.
- Ability to write simple, clear scripts
- Any graduate
