A diversified financial services group is hiring a Vice President to own investor relations across the holding company and its subsidiaries, and to run performance monitoring and insight generation for the Group CFO, CMD and Board.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver core IR output: investor decks, quarterly earnings calls and material, and management notes for investor meets
- Expand analyst and investor coverage; build relationships with sell-side research and rating agencies
- Ensure timely submission of performance monitoring decks, flash reports and rolling estimates from each group company
- Review subsidiary performance against monthly decks, analyst insight and peer benchmarking, and convert it into actionable recommendations




- Support and drive IFRS 17 implementation and ongoing compliance for the insurance subsidiaries, working with actuarial, finance and compliance
- Drive Risk-Based Capital review and analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for business planning, scenario analysis and M&A; decision support; lead acquisition studies and due diligence

Insurance depth - IFRS 17, RBC, solvency margins and actuarial liaison - sits at the centre of this role. Relocation to Pune is required. Not stated by the client. CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA is the natural fit for the deliverables.
