Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead process transformation projects using Business Process Management (BPM) tools such as Celonis.
- Develop and maintain process maps, models, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement current processes or modify existing ones to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze data from various sources to measure the performance of business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Provide training and support to clients on BPM best practices and tool usage.
