Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for secured loan products such as LAP (Loan Against Property) and mortgage loans.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, resolve customer issues, and optimize processes.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive lending landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in secured loan products like LAP/Mortgage Loans.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, regulations, and risk management principles.
