Job Summary The CSR Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The role focuses on creating positive social, environmental, and community impact while ensuring alignment with the company's CSR strategy, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities • Assist in developing and executing CSR programs and community development initiatives. • Coordinate with NGOs, government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders. • Monitor project implementation and track progress against defined objectives. • Conduct field visits and assess the impact of CSR activities. • Prepare CSR reports, presentations, and documentation for management and regulatory compliance. • Manage CSR budgets, invoices, and expenditure tracking. • Organize awareness campaigns, volunteering activities, and employee engagement programs. • Collect, analyze,



and maintain CSR-related data and impact metrics. • Ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations and company policies. • Support sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives where applicable. • Maintain relationships with external partners and beneficiaries. • Identify opportunities for current CSR projects aligned with organizational objectives. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW), Sociology, Rural Development, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field. • Master's degree (MSW/MBA/PGDM) is preferred. Experience • 2-5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, NGO management, social development projects, or community engagement. • Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management is preferred.
