We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for leading Heavy Engineering , Pune.

Position: CFO
Function: Finance
Reporting to: Managing Director & CEO
Key Requirements
25+ years of overall experience in Finance, with 5+ years in a CFO / senior finance leadership role.
Experience in Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering / Construction industry preferred.
CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, Financial Strategy & Planning, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Cost Management & Efficiency, forecasting and financial modelling.
Strong experience in cost accounting, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Partnerships working capital, Stakeholder Communication & Investor Relations, cash flow and treasury management.
Hands-on experience in banking, debt restructuring, refinancing, consortium management and capital raising.
Strong understanding of financial risk management, taxation, audit and regulatory compliance.




Experience with ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics.
Exposure to digital finance transformation, BI dashboards, analytics and ERP optimisation will be an advantage.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management and Board-level communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the company’s financial strategy, EBITDA improvement and working capital optimisation.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Manage cash flow, treasury, banking relationships and funding requirements.
Oversee cost control, CAPEX evaluation and financial risk management.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax and regulatory requirements.
Support the CEO and Board on business strategy, investments and growth opportunities.
Lead and develop the Finance team.
Support M&A;, JV and strategic partnership evaluations and financial due diligence.
