Role & responsibilities

- Overall monitoring and control of all incoming and outgoing stock and deliveries across business functions.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic stock counts and physical inventory checks.
- Develop and implement planograms as per business requirements, including location changes and planogram standardization.
- Supervise and manage a team of up to 100 employees, including performance evaluation and staff development.
- Conduct interviews, support recruitment, and provide training and onboarding to recent employees.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements and deliveries in the database and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct inventory audits, reconciliations, and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure accurate TO/TI reconciliations and maintain strong control over Goods in Transit (GIT).




- Drive reduction in stock damages, expiries, pilferage, and overall shrinkage.
