The ADM is the single point of accountability for the account, integrating onsite and offshore delivery into one operating model. The primary objective is to build a predictable, scalable and high-performing engineering organization that consistently meets Client expectations on quality, schedule, productivity, responsiveness and capacity while supporting sustainable account growth.
2. Account Organization
- Offshore (~35): project-specific core engineering teams; QA & flex engineering; Product Data Engineering; Continuous Improvement & Digital Engineering; Mechanical; Electrical; Mechanical/Inventor Design; Electrical 2D Design/Drafting; Manufacturing Engineering; Product Data/BOM/ERP validation.
- Onsite (~10): Onsite Program Lead; Manufacturing Lead; Mechanical Engineers; Electrical Engineers.
- Operate onsite and offshore as one account with transparent ownership, work allocation, communication, governance and escalation mechanisms.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Account Delivery: Own overall onsite/offshore delivery performance across scope, schedule, quality, productivity and commitments.
- Client Management: Act as the senior delivery interface; manage reviews, priorities, escalations and client satisfaction.
- Delivery Governance: Establish account-level governance, KPIs, workflows, priorities and performance visibility.
- Resource & Capacity: Own demand, capacity, utilization, hiring requirements and resource ramp-up/ramp-down.
- OnsiteOffshore Integration: Ensure seamless work allocation, handoffs,
communication and knowledge transfer.
- Quality & Productivity: Drive Right-First-Time delivery, reduce rework, improve turnaround time and implement continuous improvement.
- EngineeringManufacturing Alignment: Ensure effective coordination across engineering, product data and manufacturing teams.
- Commercial Control: Monitor scope, revenue, utilization, billing realization, forecast, cost and margin; prevent scope leakage.
- Risk & Escalation: Identify delivery risks early, drive mitigation and escalate strategic issues with clear recommendations.
- Knowledge & Capability: Institutionalize processes, standards, lessons learned, cross-training and succession.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the engineering relationship and support future business growth.
- Leadership: Lead delivery leaders, establish accountability and build a high-performance delivery culture.
Primary Accountability: Deliver a high-quality, scalable and commercially healthy account, while building long-term client confidence and growth.
4. Experience Required

- Demonstrated resource planning, delivery governance, quality and productivity management experience.
- Experience scaling engineering teams against changing project demand.
- Strong understanding of engineering execution rather than purely administrative project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities in a high-growth engineering environment.
5. Preferred Domain & Technical Exposure
- Industrial engineering, electrical equipment/systems, manufacturing engineering, panel/enclosure engineering, mechanical design, product engineering or engineering services.
- Exposure to AutoCAD, EPLAN, Inventor, ERP/Product Data systems or similar engineering platforms is advantageous.
6. Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Project Management or Business Management is an advantage.
