About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A; & Business Analyst to support strategic financial planning, business performance analysis, investor reporting, and management decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial modeling capabilities, experience in budgeting & forecasting, and sound knowledge of financial statements, particularly the Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

The candidate will work closely with business leaders, senior management, and investors to provide actionable financial insights and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and provide recommendations.
- Perform profitability analysis by business unit, customer, product, and geography.

Financial Reporting

- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual MIS reports for senior management.
- Develop dashboards and financial presentations for leadership reviews.
- Analyze trends in revenue, margins, operating expenses, working capital, and cash flow.
- Ensure timely and accurate management reporting.

Business Analysis

- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
- Support pricing, cost optimization, and investment decision-making.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis for business decisions.
- Evaluate recent business opportunities and prepare business cases.

Budgeting & Forecasting





- Lead the budgeting process across departments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for preparation of operating and capital budgets.
- Update rolling forecasts based on changing business conditions.
- Track budget utilization and identify improvement opportunities.

Balance Sheet & Working Capital

- Strong understanding of Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and P&L.;
- Analyze working capital components including receivables, payables, inventory, and cash.
- Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and identify financial risks.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Investor & Management Reporting

- Prepare investor presentations and financial performance decks.
- Assist in Board meeting presentations and management review reports.
- Support due diligence exercises, fundraising, and investor information requests.
- Present financial insights with transparent business recommendations.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial processes.
- Enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency through ERP and BI tools.
- Standardize financial reporting templates and analytical models.

- 34 years of core FP&A; experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, or Technology sectors.
- Experience in multi-entity or multi-location financial reporting.
- Exposure to investor reporting, fundraising support, or Board reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of financial controls, budgeting processes, and management reporting frameworks.
