Working closely in the Founders Office at Smart Analytica, this position is designed for a high-performing pre-MBA professional who wants to operate at the intersection of corporate finance, M&A; and product building in the M&A; domain.

The professional will act as a critical catalyst for our next phase of growth. From leading M&A; readiness and strategic financial modeling to helping build and launch a proprietary Due Diligence product, you will gain unparalleled executive visibility and ownership.

What Will You Do

- Fundraising & Corporate Development: Spearhead M&A; and investment readiness. You will build compelling pitch decks, draft investment memos, and strategically profile prospective buyers and investors.
- Zero-to-One Product & GTM Strategy: Act as the strategic anchor for developing our current, proprietary M&A; due diligence software tool. You will leverage your financial acumen to define product requirements, translate M&A; workflows into technical features, and design the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the launch.
- Strategic Financial Modeling: Own the numbers. Develop grounded 1-3 year financial projections and execute Comparable Company Analysis ("Comps") against public tech/services peers and precedent transactions to establish and justify valuation multiples.
- Cash Flow & AI Automation:



Build a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of our working capital and cash flow management. You will also research, pilot, and integrate agentic AI tools to automate and streamline repetitive internal finance operations.

Requirements

- Experience: ~3 years of rigorous experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, or a strategic finance role at a high-growth tech startup.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Exceptional quantitative skills with a proven ability to build complex, bulletproof financial models from scratch and synthesize dense market data.
- Product Curiosity: You understand financial workflows deeply enough to translate them into software requirements. You are excited by the prospect of building tech, not just analyzing it.
- Tech-Forward & AI-Curious: A genuine interest in leveraging emerging technologies, specifically agentic AI, to drive operational efficiency.
- Founders Mentality: A relentless self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. You are highly capable of zooming out to shape high-level corporate strategy and zooming in to execute granular financial tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Education: MBA - Finance or related field.
