Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US onboarding activities
• Handle HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management processes
• Ensure compliance documentation and employee records management
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and operational support
• Maintain process accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, or Employee Lifecycle Management
• Experience supporting US onboarding processes and documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
