Roles and Responsibilities :
The selected consultant will be required to support for:
- Brake, wheels and tyres system design
- 3D modelling , 2D drawings & aggregate packaging in ProE (PTC) Creo
- Conceptualise & prepare design proposals
- To prepare Bill Of Material in PLM
- To conduct design reviews & complete DFMEA, DFA, DFM & DFS signoff activity
- To release the complete design group in PLM.
- To co-ordination for prototype build and support
- Adhere release timelines
- To support in project documentation for design reviews
- To release activity in PLM
- To interact with suppliers for component development
- To attend DMU review with the vehicle integration & production teams
- To interact with CAE team for design optimization
