Responsibilities

- Team Leadership and Manpower Planning
- Supervising operators and technicians. Managing attendance, discipline, and performance. Engaging teams to achieve production targets.

- Production Planning Scheduling

- Ensuring production meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Allocating manpower and resources effectively.

- Problem-Solving Decision-Making

- Identifying production bottlenecks. Taking quick corrective actions to minimize downtime.

- Communication Skills

- Coordinating with production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and management teams. Conducting shift handovers and team meetings effectively.

- Technical Knowledge

- Understanding manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment. Basic troubleshooting of production issues.





- Performance Monitoring

- Tracking KPIs such as OEE, productivity, rejection rate, and downtime. Preparing production reports and analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in team management and shop-floor operations.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement practices
