Job Title: PCBA Manufacturing / NPI Engineer

Role Summary

Engineer with experience in PCBA manufacturing, DFMA, DFT, and NPI engineering, with strong knowledge of electronic assembly processes and EMS/contract manufacturing.

Must-Have Skills

- Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing, DFMA, DFT, or NPI engineering
- Solid understanding of SMT, THT, PCB fabrication, and electronic assembly processes
- Experience working directly with EMS providers and contract manufacturers
- Knowledge of IPC standards IPC-A-610, IPC-2221, IPC-7351
- Experience with PCB design/manufacturing tools such as CAM350
- Ability to review and analyze Gerber files, stack-ups,



panelization, and manufacturing outputs
- Hands-on experience in yield improvement, failure analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality tools: 8D, FMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
