Position: Case Processing Executive
Process: Voice Process – US Shift
Experience: Freshers or 1 year of experience in International voice process role.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and medical facilities.
- Follow up with hospitals and medical facilities for patient medical reports after discharge.
- Coordinate with relevant medical facilities to ensure reports are received within the client-specified timeline.
- Communicate professionally with US-based clients and medical facilities over the phone.
Eligibility
- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
- Complete freshers are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in a fixed US/night shift.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
- Fresher & 1 year of Experience in International Voice Process will be considered.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: Up to 23,000 per month for Undergrads
- CTC :
Up to 25,000 per month for Grads
- Attractive monthly incentives up to 7,000/- Gross
- Fixed US Shift - complete night shift
- Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
- Opportunity to build experience in the US insurance/healthcare process

This is a VOICE PROCESS opening.
Candidates with experience in Back Office / B2B Lead Generation / RPO / Business Development will not be considered.
