Role: Site Execution Engineer (PEB & Structural Steel)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Civil Site Engineer with specialized experience in executing Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and heavy structural steel projects. You will be responsible for on-site execution, safety, labor management, and ensuring alignment with structural drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site execution and erection of PEB structures (columns, rafters, purlins, cladding).
- Read and interpret structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and GA (General Arrangement) layouts.
- Coordinate heavy lifting equipment safely, including cranes, hydras, and boom lifts.
- Manage in office sub-contractors, fitters, riggers, and labor forces.
- Maintain strict QA/QC standards for alignment, bolt-tightening (torque testing),



and welding.
- Ensure 100% compliance with site safety protocols (height work permit, PPE, rigging safety).
- Documentation: Efficiently maintain all critical project records including WIR, MIR, JMR, and QA/QC files.
- Billing & Progress Tracking: Systematically update DPR, MPR, and project schedules alongside accurate contractor and client billing records.
- Material Management: Handle timely material orders and tracking to ensure seamless site operation

Requirements:

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M. Tech.
- Experience: Must have proven site experience specifically in PEB or Structural Steel erection.
- Skills: Drawing reading, site layout marking, labor management, and safety protocols.
