Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth, improve profitability, and increase market share in the assigned region.
- Manage a team of zonal heads to achieve operational excellence, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry with expertise in Business Planning, Inventory Management, Last Mile Operations.
- Proven track record as Zonal Head or similar role with excellent leadership skills.
- Robust understanding of e-commerce platforms and ability to leverage technology for improved efficiency.
