Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory.
Handle material inward and outward entries.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct physical stock verification.
Prepare GRN, material issue slips, challans, and other store documents.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
Maintain inventory reports using MS Excel and ERP systems.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
Control stock discrepancies, damages, and material losses.
