Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 6+ years of experience to independently manage HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and day-to-day HR activities.
- Handle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary inputs.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliances.




- Handle employee grievances and employee relations.
- Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR letters, notices, policies, and employee communications.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development activities.
- Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / MBA-HR or related field.
- 6+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Robust knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates with manufacturing/industrial HR experience will be preferred.
