Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database) using BMC Helix ATRUM Orchestrator.
- Perform data normalization and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of configuration data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to configuration management.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for configuration management processes.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of BMC Helix ATRUM Orchestrator, CMDB, data modeling, normalization, and reconciliation concepts.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving complex technical requirements.
