- 711 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of construction project accounting and real estate accounting practices.
- Good knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
- Experience in handling vendor, subcontractor, and project accounts.
- Strong understanding of project-wise expenses, billing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
