Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Implement and integrate multiple systems through APIs or other means.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end campaign projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Participate in architecture discussions to improve system efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features like Journey Builder, Personalization, and Segmentation.
- Experience in B2B implementations and knowledge of Email Studio and AMPscript.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Ability to work in an enterprise environment and support end-to-end campaign delivery.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
