Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex Java-based applications using SpringBoot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve coding standards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.
Job Requirements :
- 9-18 years of experience in Java development with expertise in SpringBoot Java.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using React.JS frontend.
- Proven track record of leading a team of developers on large-scale projects.
