We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in high-rise building construction, MIVAN and Aluminium Formwork (Aluform).

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
- Handle RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and MIVAN/Aluform works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
- Monitor quality, safety, manpower and material utilization.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project teams.
- Check line, level, alignment and reinforcement before concreting.




- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Resolve site execution and technical issues.

Required Skills:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise projects and MIVAN/Aluform construction.
- Good knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and finishing works.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Excel will be an advantage.

Preferred: Candidates from reputed real estate/construction companies with high-rise MIVAN project experience.
